Speaking of kids, definitely check out my friend Cleo Pollock’s new kids’ clothing store in Silver Lake called Tomboy. Cleo has worked as a stylist for many years and she certainly knows how to pick ’em! Tomboy carries a selection of interesting independent lines, including Serendipity Organics from Denmark with its clean Scandinavian design; Nico Nico, an organic, modern, unisex line designed and produced here in L.A., Petit Bateau’s matelot stripes, Clover NY’s Indian block prints; and bold prints by Kit+Lili.
